A beautiful banner

This advertisement has been hanging on the walls of Tampines Mall for almost a year. Yet, everytime I look at it, it still gives off a mysterious aura. What is she looking at?

Kumiko Itou....She acts as a character called Ai Uozumi in the children action cartoon called Gransazers, currently airing on Kids' Central.

I found this picture of her very alluring and in fact, even mesmerising. Gives people an impression of being caring, friendly, and kind-hearted, which are attributes of her character as well. I believe that her real personality should not be too bad as well. Hope I'm right =)

If only I can meet someone like her when the time is right. Or have I?

Finally.....My Own Bicycle

For quite some time, i've always wanted to have a car. And i still do. BUt before i could accumulate enough in my bank account, all these remain a faraway dream. At least ten years, to be more precise.

Therefore, 24 October 2005 marks the day when i got myself a vehicle: a yellow Mertz bicycle. A no-frills bicycle, without suspension and all the other whistles and bells. $85 for the bike, $12 for a basket , $34 for 3 cable locks (gosh that's a lot). Total expenditure: $131.
The first time i spent so much on a single receipt using my own money i guess.

Ha hopefully this bicycle can be with me for at least 2 years, to recoup the money through savings from not taking the bus so frequently...

Bless me and my new biking journey...........

Maybe i will learn to ride a bike next ? Perhaps not. =)
