Fav Ringtone

I feel that this makes a good ringtone =) If only I have a phone that plays polyphonic sounds...

Time flies, and now it is already mid-May.

I met Ting at VJCCO concert two days ago. She was commenting on how much students of 02 batch feel a greater sense of belonging to VJC, as compared to current batches. I just thought that it is encouraging that many of my peers feel "connected" to their alma mater too. On another note, Ting also spoke of the 3 things in life that she had wanted to learn ever since she was young. Ballet was one, but she conceded that she is over-aged now. But she knows how to dance tango, if i remember correctly. Another would be Wushu. Perhaps that's why her young princess is learning that now. Drumming was the last, and I hope to see her play those one day.

As for the learn-a-bike lessons for SH and YJ were 7/10, in my opinion. Both of them could now ride independently, continuously for at least 7m. SH did not crash, or at least I did not witness it. Under my guidance, YJ still fell once. What I did not foresee was that WZ did not know how to cycle too! So out of the 4 of us, I was the only one who knew. Luckily, the two "sisters", despite being the "blind leading the blind", still made considerable progress at cycling. Not too bad =P After the session, we went to Parkway to meet Sea Lion for dinner. We scoured the place for "beautiful stones" for a mate, and despite our small budget, we managed to find a set that we unanimously approved of. Hope she likes it too! Well, good presents are really hard to find....

TNP Big Walk is coming! Closing date for registration is 14 May! There's VJC Choir performance too on 16 May at Esplanade =) More, I'd like to enrol in some course, and find a good place to volunteer too...

Better hurry =P

I like the final Faiz Shot attack, whereby Faiz exceeds charge while in upward motion, and executes the attack on the way down. Well shot!

Polling Day!

Today is Polling Day! Amidst all the flurry leading up to this important day, finally Singaporeans get to vote and decide the make-up of the next Government. Eagerly awaiting results tonight!

A major decision on the country's future is decided generally based on this almost one week long campaigning. Yet, a decision on my place of study is made after thinking for almost 2 years. Perhaps a mark of my indecisiveness...

But fun was a theme that I decided upon for last week. I went on a cycling trip at East Coast Park with some friends. Basically we cycled all the way from East Coast Mac to National Sailing Centre, and back. On the return leg, it was a rush against time, because a heavy shower seemed imminent. Fortunately, the rain poured just as we returned to Mac. Great fun! Besides the cycling trip, I had some badminton sessions with friends too! These should add some colour to my physical training regiment. After a month-long break, I guess it is high time to stem the drop in fitness. Fitness is crucial, not only for good health, but also in enjoying the full vibrance of life too!

For May, I hope to brush up on time management, and continue to maximise time spent =) Working hard =)
